- Orders: name, shipping address, email, phone number, products purchased and amounts.
- Payment: entered and processed by Stripe only. We never have access to your card details.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Browsing: anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Order processing, delivery, invoicing and customer service: performance of the contract.
- Accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
- Newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link.
- Site security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest.
4. Recipients
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: payment and fraud prevention.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): newsletter delivery.
- Carriers: delivery of your order.
- Public authorities: where required by law.
We never sell or share your data for commercial purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Stripe may process data outside the EU. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
- Order data: 3 years after your last order.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is kept in your browser (local storage) only to make it work. The payment page, hosted by Stripe, uses its own technical security cookies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, to withdraw your consent and to set post-mortem instructions. Write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
